The Symphony 160 is a single engine, two-seat,
high wing, fixed tricycle landing gear, Normal Category, FAA certified
VFR/IFR aircraft. Blending traditional concepts with the latest technological
and ergonomic developments in light aircraft aviation, the Symphony 160 offers an affordable and easy flying experience for even
the most inexperienced student or private pilot.
The flying
surfaces are of standard aircraft aluminum construction. The fuselage
structure is steel tubing with a non-structural fiberglass shell. The robust steel tube fuselage, the aluminum
wings and control surfaces along with the non-structural L-285 fiberglass exterior
shell bring together the best combination of materials available
on the market. This serves to guarantee high performance and durability,
making the Symphony a new standard in this category of aircraft.
At 2,150 lbs. maximum takeoff weight and up to 700 lbs. carrying
capacity, the Symphony 160 offers unique versatility not usually found
in general aviation aircraft.
